"Beware of Nathan Grove! He is currently my State Farm agent. A tree fell through my roof in August and there is still a hole in my roof to this day in November. Nathan does not return phone calls or emails which has delayed my claim tremendously. He has no issues accepting my monthly home insurance payment, yet does not help in any way when you actually need to submit a claim for your home. I’m really not sure what I am paying him for. Maybe he’ll respond to this since it’s public! Terrible experience overall!"
